Totally wronged !! My first flight was 5 hours delayed and hence missed my second flight. The airline here has given a 100% refund however cleartrip has cut 450 rs. Its unjust as this was the airlines fault. Cleartrip here has to look at the case where the Cx cant do anything & other portals do refund if the Cx isnt wrong. It feels like a gamble - either you get the flight or fees cut, irrespective of whos fault. Never again, It only further discourages to book through online portals.
