Here’s goes my story…

I booked a ticket from cleartrip website. DXB-MNL Dec-9-2015 & MNL-DXB Jan-3-2016(Malaysian Airline) and then I call the cleartrip hotline. I asked if it’s possible that the flight I booked can be name change or cancel and what was the procedures? she told me she will send email first to the airline on how would be the procedure.
October 1, 2015
I received a text message that my flight is cancelled.
1st. I didnt cancel the flight, I just asked. 2nd. no one inform me that the flight I booked is cancelled until I received a text message after 15 days. 3rd. every time I called the cleartrip hotline they always say the same thing that I cancelled my flight they even told me that I cancelled direct to Malaysian Airline, I called the Malaysian Airline just to confirm if it’s really cancelled and YES they told me it’s been cancelled last September 17, 2015
So it’s really cancelled.
When I check again on the cleartrip website no more flight with that same amount, and they charge me DHS.60.00 for the cancellation then it will take five to seven working days to return my money…
This is my first time in my life to write a review
Even if flights are cheap through Cleartrip, ?it is not worth those extra$ saved. Customer service is no help at all and they do not value their customers.
