Cleartrip Worst Service Ever

This is my first time in my life to write a review like this


We booked 6 member’s air ticket(Spicejet) through Clear trip from Mumbai to Bengaluru.


According to the air ticket(Spicejet) print out flight no sg 415(16 nov 2015) was at  19:15.


Even I got the boarding pass from cleartrip at 16:00 as same has been created.Only those Amendment or Cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. Cleartrip shall not be liable to entertain any Amendment or Cancellation requests made through any other medium including, but not limited to, sms or e-mail.


Also at check-in luggage restrictions which was mentioned in a grayed out inconspicuous font. This is now proving an expensive deal for me as I will have to shell out Rs. 400 for check-in luggage.


What a sarcastic way to handle a customer by a leading travel agent in India.


Even if flights are cheap through Cleartrip, ?it is not worth those extra$ saved. Customer service is no help at all and they do not value their customers.


I don’t understand on thing, does Cleartrip don’t have any owner or top most managers to check these kind of complaints and rectify it?


Cleartrip you clearly lost a customer for life. Beware of these guys.


The lesson for me to learn is not to use companies like this!
