WE PAID EXTRA FOR PREFERRED SEATS AS WE WERE TRAVELLING WITH A SMALL KID AND CLEARTRIP DID NOT CONVEY IT TO AIRLINES AS A RESULT OUR PREFERRED SEATS WERE TAKEN BY SOMEONE ELSE. aLSO CLEARTRIP SENT ME A FAKE MESSAGE THAT THOSE PREFERRED SEATS HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED TO ME WHEREAS IT WAS NOT. I AM SINCE LONG CHASING FOR REFUND OF EXTRA AMOUNT WE PAID FOR PREFERRED SEATS BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CLEARTRIP.
