Booked an international flight in Australia through Cleartrip.There was a death in my family and we had to cancel our trip impromptu.Not asking for sympathy or excuses due to our circumstances but despite that it said "hassle-free refund/amendments" on the confirmation letter,this was not granted to us. We were offered no refund and no amendments, even to change flights for another day still within Australia.Not only that, customer service was absolutely horrendous. This is what bothered us the most. I am not joking when I say we had to talk to about 20 people to get any answers!Nobody knew the answers to simple questions nor was able to help us out at all.My family and I spent at least 3 hours on the phone just being transferred from person to person with no answers.Even if flights are cheap through Cleartrip,it is not worth those extra$ saved. Customer service is no help at all and they do not value their customers.
