I book a flight from pune to Nagpur on 4th dec.Money debited and ticket confirm but didn’t receive the pnr from airline.When i speak with tge agent they used to say me to wait for few hours and check the status again.After 4 calls with the customer care they still dont have any idea for the confirmation and i have to ask them to process for refund.The bad part start again with the refund process and time.please dont go for offer trap.book flight from yatra or paytm.
