I have booked tickets through cleartrip for vacations to America. I have tried calling their call centre multiple times. Atleast 06 times on 3 Mar 2017. Everytime I was made to hold the call for more than 15 mts and the music was playing, I couldnt connect to any customer care Executive. When I called the 07th time and told them to connect to some senior guythe agony had just begun. I wasmade to wait for more than 20 mts and behold.there was no response only music and intermittent announcment that all cleartripers are busy. After wasting more than 2.5 hours I couldn’t even speakto a Executive. There website is also very user unfriendly with no info. PLEASE NEVER EVER BOOK ON THIS WEBSITE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
