I recently booked a flight through Cleartrip.com and my experience was not a positive one. From the moment I attempted to book my flight, I was bogged down by technical difficulties. The website was very slow and unresponsive. It was difficult to navigate and find the information I was looking for.
When I finally got to the point of booking my flight, I noticed a large discrepancy between the prices listed on the website and the prices I was being charged. After spending several hours on the phone with customer service, I was informed that the prices listed on the website were not accurate and that I was being charged the correct amount. This was very disappointing because the website should have listed the correct prices.
The customer service representative was not helpful and seemed to be more interested in getting me off the phone than solving my problem. He was unwilling to provide any sort of explanation or apology for the discrepancy in prices and seemed to be more concerned with closing the call than with my satisfaction.
