I’ve booked flight tickets a couple times through this site, and I should say, it’s good. No problems with booking or paying. I’ve not yet booked hotels, so I can’t say anything about it.
The website interface could be improved. Currently it’s a bit confusing too. One advantage is that there are a variety of payment options, and I liked it. If you’re looking to book flight tickets online, I’d recommend you go to cleartrip.com.
