Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I booked a hotel under trip ID 15041219320. While booking through Cleartrip App, the booking was showing refundable. When the confirmation mail came, it was written that booking is non refundable. As a customer I am misguided by the cleartrip App and this is cheating with customer.I want to cancel it and get REFUND. But customer care is so indecisive. Please never book through CLEARTRIP. They are cheaters.
