Denied a room despite paying n booking for the hotel via cleartrip 20 days in advance. Hotel review: Total apathy n rudeness by the hotel staff.
My family was left stranded as a result on the road at 11pm. They were using our room for God knows what and didnt care at all for prior payment n booking.
I was shocked with such treatment. Such a place should lose its license and should not be allowed to operate.
Avoid it at all costs. Cleartrip response: They didnt pick up the call at 11pm night when I was left stranded, with nowhere to go in a strange city I had to pay through my nose for another place to stay.
After attempting to contact them for 3 days I got in touch and they told they cant do anything to the hotel. THEY WOULDNT EVEN ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKE OR APOLOGISE. No help offered from them, again total apathy. One cant really do anything after hes paid
Appeal to all: Avoid booking hotels through cleartrip, use any other service.Howsoever bad it is cant be worse than this. Also never ever pay beforehand to Cleartrip.
