Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Bad Customer care.

I tried reaching their customer care on a working day in the afternoon and I was not able to reach them. Kept on trying at regular intervals till night and no one picks up the call.


Sent a mail through the feedback link in their website, hoping someone will getback, and no one did. That way, Yatra.com is 100% better. When I sent a mail about some confusion in Hotel reservation, they got back to me in 4hrs as mentioned in their website. Moreover, cleartrip charging an additional Rs. 250/- for cancellations is not good for someone who has just entered the field. Yatra also has the same policy of Rs. 250/- extra to be paid for cancellations but they are relaxing it as they have just entered this field.


Moreover, if you are the kind of person, who wishes to see a confirmation mail in your email account to assure you that you were on the right website and made the payment to the right person, this site is poor. It takes atleast 5 to 15minutes to get a confirmation mail to your account.


I know I should be comparing but my experience with cleartrip, compared to yatra was definitely bad.
