I booked a hotel for 02 nights in Ooty using Clear trip .My Cleartrip id is 1204274969 . I reached Hotel(Sagar Resort) in the morning .I enquired the Hotel Staff about my Booking and to my shock they told me that they dont have any booking and I should confirm with Cleartrip .
When I called Cleartrip firstly they put me on hold and then they told me to wait for 0.5 hrs so that they can check with Sagar Resort. I waited for another half an hour but no response from Cleartrip .So I again called Cleartrip and they responded in same manner which means waiting for another 0.5 hours .I again waited fro 0.5 hrs but I didnt got any response from Cleartrip .During this 1.5 hrs Cleartrip Customer Agents are very rude and bluntly telling me that this is not their problem .
Even after spoling my vacation the shameless creatures are telling me that it is not their problem .Yes Cleartrip it is not your problem .It is my mistake thet I booked the tickets from Cleartrip .
Can Cleartrip please reply on following Q:-
Why Cleartrip gave me fake booking ticket when there was no booking made in that Hotel?
How can they dedcut money from my Bank account without any Booking?
Why they didnt provided any alternate arrangement?
