Hi Guys, Today I received a call from a lady let me name her Pooja, She said she have an opportunity for me with IBM and DELL for Singapore with indian 4Lakh package per month, +Accumulation. I said that is awesome she said they are job consultant and its an internal hiring and there is no Job description you can see for this opening at this company portal. She said its my option to select any of the company I liked(how can that be possible?) Fine and also said that she had already forwarded my resume and it is not only got short listed but I already got selected(That is fairy tale for me). But later sometime I will have a two rounds of interview with the company I select, one telephonic and other skype. But both will be just a normal call not much technical as I have already got selected based on my resume content(Wonder it was real:(). Further she said the only process left is me to register with them and pay a security token of 4000(Till now I was in dream land and now I got my First Alert bell). This amount will go to company for processing my job opportunity to the next level and in return I will be getting an written letter via mail from the HR of the company. Also a generated code which will be prove that I have submitted the amount and company will process your visa and document to the next level and give me details of traveling.
Hope Guys that should be enough for you to see the difference but if you still on guess let me start the Q&A I got from her.
I- Why the company selected me without interview and only based on my resume content
Pooja - Thats internal hiring and interview will happen after register.
I- But why interview later after register why not before payment
Pooja - This is the process between company and our consultancy .
I- Can I have contact details of the company HR or any mail regarding it.
Pooja - Will provide it after registration(wonder why not before)
I- What if I wont pay the amount
Pooja- Your resume and details cannot reach to the company for the next level(but company already gone with my resume they have my contact details)
I- What if I got failed in interview?
Pooja- Will place you in any other MNC(but you already said I got selected)
I- If I already got selected then you cant send me offer letter?
Pooja - After payment the company will release your offer letter within a day.(If so why the hell interview will take place)
I said OK give me 1hour time I am on the way to office once I reach can fill the form online and asked her to call me after an hour. First she was not happy about it but somehow she said OK. And I came office and reached this side for the review Thanks a lot to all my friends who have comment and put review you saved my life and money.
After an hour she started calling me but I started to ignore within 10min I got 8call of her. wonder why she was so much interested to make me join the company. After some time I got another call so finally I piked and said no for the offer she got totally mad and started using wrong sentance but I ignored those and at the end she kept the phone saying I am in IDIOT.(I laughed after call to imagine who was IDIOT).
NOTE: Purpose of writing such a long mail was to make people know that. Someone already faced it and got saved and helping other to be aware and not to get trap to such nonsense job opportunity. I know what job means to all of us but remember nothing comes for FREE of cost. Have trust on your talent that is only way to get in your dream company not by offers. Thanks.
