GOD Knows how they get this information. When I got call from Clickjobs .I asked them how they came to know? Then some how fetching info from Monsterindia Job portals. God knows whats the Gimmick?
WHEN THEY CALL YOU, they cofidentally tell you that they have confirmed jobs opportunities with them. After some conversation, they feel that the person is interested then they connect with their senior manager and He tell that we have job opening in this companies.some 2-3 companies. This senior Manager has input from Market or Job Portals that this company are looking for people with skills.
ON Writing they will give you some companies details thats copy paste kind of things from Job Portal.
AFTER YOU PAY the money and agreed to their terms and condition. They just do the formality of registration, confirmation calls and appointing Representative because they wont to ensure them safe legally in process . After that ITS LIKE YOU CALL THEM EVERY TIME AND THEY MAY RESPOND YOU 1 or 2 times BUT THATS JUST FOR FORMALITY. THEY VERY WELL KNOW THAT THE PERSON LOOKING FOR JOB WILL FADE DOING FOLLOW-UP.
