It’s the worst hospital I have ever visited, I am consulting Dr. Poornima, Whitefield I had her appointment in AECS layout, but she did not turn up rather the receptionist told that she does not have any appointment today so she won’t come.
I had even received appointment confirmation on my mobile which I showed to dr. Poornima some other day but she rejected that she received any appointment. Then one day I had severe morning sickness, tried to contact emergency number a lot but no responsive from the number 67999999. frustrating experience, after trying for atleast 2 hours finally I got connected and there was no doctor available to attend my emergency call and I was suffering a lot that finally I went to external private clinic.
Then 2nd time after my NT scan I wanted to show it to some doctor there on old airport road hospital because dr. Poornima is not available after 12 pm and my husband could not take off next day to meet the doctor, we requested a lot for Dr. Modhulika.
She refused to see me and listen to my problems as my morning sickness has gone even worse, but they said if I have to see some other dr. than Poornima then I will have to give in writing and I will have to continue using Dr. Modhulika’s services in the future for all the consulting, that’s weird, for me it’s cloud nine and I should be able seek help from any doctor there anytime, then about my reports, I am waiting for last 2 days as promised the reports will be emailed next morning, called atleast 3 times for reports’ email but still waiting, I hope this will help you to decide whether to goto cloud-nine ever. Now i’m looking out for some good hospital and doctor in whitefield area.
