Our experience at Cloudnine Hospital has been extremely disappointing. My wife was mistreated by Dr. Laxmi Kalbande, who, without our consent, administered labor-inducing tablets and injections. When the situation went out of her control, she resorted to threatening us with risks to both the baby and the mother’s life to push for an unnecessary C-section.
Following this ordeal, I raised a complaint with the hospital management, expecting some accountability. However, their response was even more unprofessional and frustrating. Chaitrali Chaudhari (OP Manager) kept making excuses for almost two weeks. Then, Wasim Patekar (IP Manager) misled me for an entire month. Later, Priya Ravi (Ops Manager) gave me false assurances and even called me to the hospital, only to disappear on holiday. Finally, despite repeated follow-ups, Sachin Butada (Business Head) has yet to even acknowledge the issue.
The lack of ethics and professionalism at this hospital is appalling. It seems like their priority is financial gain rather than patient care. Ironically, the only competent and dedicated individuals here are the housekeeping staff and nurses—they are the ones truly keeping this place running. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the doctors and management, who have proven to be utterly unreliable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Cloudnine Hospital to think twice before trusting them with such critical healthcare decisions.
