I have recent experience with cloudnine bangalore Whitefield. I have been in hospital for 4 hours waiting for scan and doctor. As you know there is no use of early appointment because everyone has been called at the same time by staff.
I have been called few times by CRO for package booking which I didn’t pick it up as mobile was on silent mode. When I came to know she is been calling me I told one of the staff I will meet her later then after few minutes she came to me asked me to meet her for package booking and constantly iterating that I called you multiple times and you guys didn’t pick it up. She argued and insisted to meet her for 5 minutes even though I was waiting for my turn with doctor I felt it was bad etiquette. When I met her finally before going back, I felt she not polite enough to provide information which was needed. Asking for number she said I gave you brochure please check that.
I am practicing doctor myself in bangalore, never seen anyone being rude to me, I prefer you guys to be little polite and patient when a people asking for some information.
