Today I am about to give a scenario based review of Cloud Walker Brand Television(50")
First of all its not a Brand. I will tell you why. This company based in Mumbai procure the parts from China or some other third world company and assemble to create the boxes. Literally it has no technology of their own so if you are calling it a brand please stop doing it.
Scenario - I found the most inexpensive TV in 50 Inch vertical(later found its cheap as well) and I rush to purchase it from Flipkart.
I got the TV delivered was not home and when I came to my hometown where the TV was delivered I found there was a problem in he screen I complaint it to brand and they replace the whole TV. that was okay. While buying the this TV I bought the extended warranty as well. Now that its been 3 years I thought the tv was good and will last long. Exactly after completion of warranty period(3 Years) there was a blast and the TV went to a long gone comma. I tried connecting brand and they gave me some excuses(even though I rush for it, it was not worth) I made my mind to repair it locally and got so many shocks. It got repaired by one and then again went black and then again I repaired it . Everything was changed outside it was cloudwalker for name sake but inside the TV’s Motherboard and conversion board change and what’s left was just a panel. In the era where you get an LED Tv of 43 Inch in 25K I spent total of 20K on this brand which was a real shock of my life. I went to dilemma on whether to sell it or keep it to cover the cost.
