Received a buy one get one free coupon which was already expired. I complained with the proof but the customer care keep playing with you with a typical set of format email and did not give the coupon neither did they give points. Its been more than a month, but they keep responding with formal email without doing the needful. Very disappointing and unexpected from such a big company like clovia. I feel its just advertising gimmick and they do not intend to give what they say.
