Few days ago I had ordered Clovia Bra for my wife from online sale.The colour and design was very attractive.It was a padded bra and soon it got delivered.
From day one of its wear my wife started complaining of it as she got uncomfortable with the bra.The cloth material, though it was cotton but was such that it would get itchy below the straps after 3 to 4 hours of wear.We thought that the bra was new and with time it woul get adjusted.One week had passed but the problem existed and the itching had even increased.The straps one the other hand showed signs of wear.Its elastic strings were coming out and also the pad in the bra started giving a foul smell.I rang into the customer service, their guy Ratan assisted me.I explained the complete matter to him and asked him for replacement as it was in replacement period, he then started to enchant the company's term and policies.What he made clear that it was useless talking to him and hold any hope.
What I learnt from all this is to never order anything from Clovia.There products are not trustworthy, they have cheap quality products and their customer service is very bad too.
