The staff need to learn that the customer satisfaction if the primary motive of people working in hospitality industry.Any hotel or resort or even a company need to have people with humility on the reception.even before I could make a booking for 100 pax. the guy on the phone (club cabana) was very rude.. in understanding my requirement all I said was.. screw u guys.. Am a customer and I have plenty of options.. You dont deserve to serve me or my friends and family..
