Hi, im from india.Personally, I was amazed to see the cool products in club factory app and decided to place an order .the order was placed(no cod option) so, had to make an online payment.the order was for couple of shoes and a dress .the estimated date of delivery was given a month apart(i get it, it has come from long distance.but one month? is soo long).also a week after order confirmation, a message was sent as" one of the product was missing and money will be sent to the card through which you paid" .why would they confirm an order without checking whether the product is available or not.well I received the money after four days. .well, Atlast I got the products a few days later than the estimated date .it was delayed due to some issue in the customs office in delhi(i got to know this because I called the customer care of GATI.) .the products received were same as shown in the pictures.tat was a relief.overall, this app didn’t impress me to order one more time.
