I have purchased 2 bracelets on a very high price. I liked both of them but when I got the delivery then i found items were of poor quality. I checked the same items on Amazon and Flipkart and found at half of the price I paid. Also the delivery date was of 2 weeks and I got the items in 4th week, I checked the same on Amazon and it was 2-3 days. I requested a return for both even after multiple calls and chats with customer representatives and chat support, there is no update since 2 weeks.
There is no pros for club factory but a lot cons of it.
Cons:
Late delivery
Worst product quality
No support from CR
High price rate
Poor package handling
I will suggest not to order anything from club factory. It’s a loss of time and money.
