Club Factory is an online shopping site, which mostly could be referred as ’just another shopping site’ but the time I downloaded it and looked at the amazing offers, I kinda fell for it as the products mentioned looked awesome at such an awesome price. However, when I placed the order and the order got delivered, I was more than just disappointed. The quality was too poor that I couldn’t even wear it. Winters are here and I needed a great jacket and Club factory had great offers. But the quality which I got was too bad and the product material was too cheap. According to the features mentioned, nothing was accurate when I got the order. Total waste of money and the delivery itself took a lot of time. There isn’t even an option of COD.
I think Club factory needs to improve itself. Like it has to improve itself a lot.
