Plz plz guys don’t shop in club factory. I order around 12 items in club factory including a casual shoe, I received all items excluding shoe. When I msg to the customer care about this issue they ask me the weight of the parcel any how I manage to weight that and said it’s 1499gm without the shoe then they said the weight is absolutely correct and the shoe is with u only but I said sir plz check wack items so that u people came to know that the weight is without the shoe. But again they f saying we can’t weight each items. Now what I can do because they don’t have customer care number also. I am very disappointed
