Friends I did going to goa for holliday with my 2 friends and and we was searching hotel on internet. and we were going to hotel of club jiva me and my friends had been booked 2 room and me and my friends seen room. we were disappoint to room because internet on picture mind blowing but reality was worst .
ROOM QUALITY- Room quality is worst friends I watched room in all things disarrange I watched bedsit dirty and bed through very bed smell and room in smell very bed washroom s dirty in room many problem face me.
GUEST SERVICE- guest service 24*7 hour on internet but many time does not response hotel management.
FOOD AND PRESENTATION- only for food is best quality I like food here.
VALUE FOR MONEY- this hotel totally wast money because you are not get full service for like hotel shows online
