I gave my Toshiba Laptop for review. Problem was my Laptop was working only on battery, as soon as I connect the AC plug it restarts again and again. So I used to charge the battery kepping Laptop off and use the laptop in battery mode.
They charged me 3500 for service, while taking back I noticed my laptop is working only in AC power, not working in battery.If I dont connect power , it will not switch on.
When I asked them, they replied "You told it was not working in AC mode, now it is working in AC mode. We dont know about battery mode, your battery would have dead".. After a long fight and asking them to prove my batter is dead , they agreed to repair and give. But no use. After a month I got the same problem again...
Morons. I dont know why they open service centers without knowing to repair laptops...
