This is a family resort mainly for Club Mahindra members. The try to accommodate every reasonable request. The warmth and professionalism displayed by the staff is amazing. If you speak politely to them and request (not demand) then be assured that they will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.
I have read reviews of people and I truly feel that some feel that if they have paid for a holiday they can behave anyway they want. Well, that’s passe. People need to understand that they are dealing with staff who are from respectable families.
Please do not expect a 5 star hotel, this is a resort geared towards upper middle class families.
As such as long as you keep your expectations in check, be equally courteous to the staff as they are to you and are willing to pay for services and food, you will be satisfied.
