Do not opt for Club Mahindra membership
Their service and conditions have changed to such an extent that we regret taking the membership.
The idea of travel is with full family.
For a holiday of 8 members now they have new clauses and changed the rules.Giving only 1 room and saying they cannot give more rooms.And this has been a wasteful 6 months process.
Our parents, in-laws , children who are adults and 2 of us.They are restricting to only 1 room & not letting us book.
It’s Pathetic.totally frustrated with their processes.
They have the audacity to say only 1room for a couple can be booked.
We have paid such a huge membership amount and we have the nights available in our category.
We have travelled many times in large groups around 30 members last year and small groups around 10 members.
If we cannot take a family holiday together why should we be members. locking our money and giving us no options.
The system has become totally commercial , unethical & they are not here for hospitality or customer experience.Totally spoiling the scene of hospitality under their cap.
They just want to increase their customer base while making money and not even giving service.
The cost and membership is just not worth it, better keep in FD .You will get some returns .
Here it is a dead investment .
Plan your own holiday with the same amount elsewhere.Injustice to customers who have invested.
Annual maintenance charges and membership is a waste now.
Their new tag line ... let’s take the customer for a ride with their money.
Club Mahindra operations deserves to be closed.They should not be allowed to operate with such unfair and unscrupulous , immoral ways.Kind attention Team trip advisor as your in the same industry.They are clearly cheating customers.
