I have some feedback to share with Club Mahindra management. Last month I was contacted by some Club Mahindra sales person while shopping in Kstars mall. I gave my no. And was subsequently contacted by phone. I was invited to your branch in chestnut Kstars mall 2 weeks back. When I reached there it was full with other people and some were even standing outside.
We were received by some sales person and he asked us to wait. We waited there for 45 mins, but our turn did not come. It was very frustrating that we reached on time decided and your guys made us to wait for so long. The mismanagement really puts us off and we left after 45 mins.
I was again contacted by some other salesperson this time and he requested me and my wife to come at a different time and promised some goodies. We again went last week but this time we were not made to wait and were treated very well. The sales person Mr. Satish Very patiently took us through the presentation, which was delightful by the way, and answered all our questions. We were given the goodies as promised. We left the branch with a great feeling.
I just wanted to point this out to the management that in the same branch we were treated in 2 very different ways. I wish you guys had some quality procedures for the sales guys to avoid the early l earlier situation we faced. Whether we will but the membership or not is a different thing.
In the end, I was satisfied with everything but the earlier treatment did leave a slightly small dent in my mind.
