I wish I could knw how many are there happy and unhappy. but all I know is that their biz is going on during recession peiod. as there are good no. of people going for holidays to the resorts and many regret and shouts for failure in on- time service.
some have even had the opportunity to go to some other resorts when they coulnt get the booking on time. they wished they get it, at the same time these people wil prepare a year in advance for their next holidays . and I would say they are the smartest among the lot of the club members. but the main reason is members dont book in advance, actually the advance according to the salesman in not to taken into consideration. at least a yr in advance .once you hit the resort people wil make sure they get to next resort in the coming year
