My family of 4 with two senior citizens had a fantastic memorable three day HOLIDAY at Coorg resort. We had such impressive time that ’WE were inspired and touched right from the time we entered the portico of the reception till we boarded our taxi after three days of stay’. It was a mesmerizing experience with Mahindra resort. WE felt we r at home home, every individual staff took very good care of us and served us as if we were their family.
The resort is spread over a huge area full of plantations. The apartment are spread over this huge area but the staff attends to us withing 5-7 mts of our call. We have all kinds of facilities like three restaurants, indoor and out game areas, fun zone, library, video game area, spa of many kinds, and above all very good walking lounge. I have pages to describe every aspect of them. But I would summarize their service with few words as ’ inspiring hosts, creative house keeping, tasty, delicious food, neat, tidy, eco friendly hygienic apartments, and above all very proficient management with well trained staff.
