Club resorto is a hospitality company with long history of providing fake promises to customer . If you are considering to take a membership program from club resorto, I urge you to go through below from where you will come to know what they promise vs what they provide. Till now They not refunding. Do not fall in their trap and save you hard earned money.
I took membership on March 22, 2023, the company named Club Resorto( https://clubresorto.com) invited me for a presentation at Novotel, Bangalore, Karnataka and many offers were described to me by sales executive Amir [876631xxxx] and Suman [629146xxxx] as given below.
All accommodation with 4 or 5 hotel
Breakfast included
No additional charges or extra bed charges for kids upto 12 years
Interest free EMI for 24 months
Special 4N and 5D ASIA offer without any charges
Welcome voucher of 2N and 3D which comes only with GST
Annual Maintenance charges of Rs 12000 applicable only after 6N and 7Ds are consumed
Movie vouchers for full family 2 adults and 2 kids
It can be cancelled with 25% deduction within a year
When few months passes and planned my vacation, came to know that all promises made by sales excutive are false to get the money from me. They are providing 3 hotel with extra bed charges for kids and additional breakfast charges for all. They charged heavy interest in EMI. After all these, when I decided to cancel there is no response from front-end team and backend team, even from relationship manager Rahul [876631xxxx], They are just trying to play around and not providing the cancellation.
This was a well-planned SCAM who targets the common man by giving fake offers at the time of enrollment. Beware and do not fall prey to these high pressure selling tactics.
