I have paid in cash and they took around 35 days to send a declaration foam to me where I have to fill my account details and send them for refund process ( in 35 day I keep on asking them where will you transfer u don’t have my account details )and when I took 5 days to fill the declaration foam and sent it over they just simply said that we cat transfer the money now coz u took 5 days to reply . I took 5 days to reply matters but u guys took 35 days to aske me my account details . Nd after argument with there employe JANVI KHAN I agree to give 7 more days after 45 days of waiting for refund nd on 7 th day she didn’t take my call and some other girl answered and asked for 10 more days.
1st they don’t have fixed rates for members they have charged 1.65 lakh for 10 year’s plan from me nd 1.20 lakh for the same plane from some other person. And when I mailed them to cancel my membership within 15 days of buying they Were not interested in talking. But some how they agreed to refund but again they asked 45 days to do so and after 45 days asked 7 more days and after 7 days asked 10 more days . I request all please don’t buy their membership.

Every time u call them they keep u waiting for at least 10mnts and after that they tell you that the executive is on leave today means every time u call the person is on leave.

Please guy’s don’t buy there membership they just make us fool.
