ClubResorto not refunding the membership fee of Rs. 50000
Hi,
I was lured by dinner and presentation of Club resorto on 28th March’19. I had taken membership of Rs. 50000 for five years. I was told during conversation that entire amount will be refunded within 15 days if we were dissatisfied.
We went through the site and found it bogus. We had not been given a single receipt for Rs. 50000 paid until now.(GST paid).
I went ahead and dropped mail to cancel my registration and refund back entire amount but still money has not been refunded back to me and it has been more than a week. (03rd April’2018)
No body is picking the call and all phones are switched off.
