I am a senior citizen, residing in Dwarka, New delhi.
I took their membership when they called me up at Hotel Radisson Dwarka, New Delhi about a month ago. At the time of giving membership they promised that they will provide only 5 Star properties Weather in India or Abroad. Later on when I asked for confirmation through their official mail they straightaway refused that they cannot mention it in their official mail. Now I suspect that they will not provide 5 Star properties as also stated by another member(Mr. Akhil Gupta) on this website.
Before taking Big Amount of money from me they promised a few gift vouchers absolutely free of charge for four adults in both India and abroad. Out of this one voucher was to be given for four adults for four nights and five days anywhere in India without any charge. This voucher was given to me after 20-25 days that too after vigorous follow up and being harassment with their marketing staff. When I wanted to avail this gift voucher in question, their booking staff informed me that they will provide only 2 Nights for four adults and I will have to pay for the additional two nights which was contrary to the gift voucher handed over to me by the marketing staff. And their booking staff candidly admitted that maybe the Marketing staff has given you the wrong promises with respect to the voucher in question. Besides above another gift voucher for Dubai for four nights and five days for four adults was promised but later on confirmation from their official mail came only for 3 nights and 4 days instead of 4 nights and 5 days for four adults despite continuous follow up with their marketing staff, the rectification mail has not come even after a month. Now the marketing staff either does not pick up the phone, or even if they do they are harsh and disrespectful.
Now I fear that against other gift vouchers that they have offered me, they will do the same and the Hefty amount that I have paid them will go in vain.
So, I’d therefore like the others invited by them for the membership not to fall in their trap and waste their hard earned money, because this company seems to be full of cheaters.
