This will result in the deduction of six nights and seven days from your annual membership, effectively limiting your travel options to one destination per year for the duration of your membership. The annual fee of Rs. 7, 999 translates to an actual cost of approximately Rs. 25, 000 to Rs. 30, 000 for just three nights and four days, which is quite high considering the quality of the resorts provided.




  2. Free Voucher Caution: I advise against being enticed by offers for free vouchers. When attempting to redeem such vouchers for a two-night, three-day stay, you may be charged Rs. 4, 000 in advance under the guise of utility fees.




  3. Movie Ticket Conditions: While free movie tickets may be offered as part of a voucher, the process is fraught with restrictions. You must call to request tickets one day before the show, but tickets will not be available from Friday to Sunday, and availability is not guaranteed.




  4. Booking Limitations: When planning your stay, be aware that the company often imposes booking constraints. They may advise booking only 15 days prior to your travel date, and if you attempt to book within a week of your trip, they will reiterate the need for earlier notice. This creates a narrow window of just seven days for booking.




  5. Customer Support Issues: Customer service responses are lacking. My attempts to reach out to the customer care team were often met with silence, and I received no callbacks despite multiple attempts.






In conclusion, I urge potential members to be cautious and consider alternatives that offer more flexibility and better value. My experiences with Club Resorto have not been positive, particularly after the initial booking, which may appear satisfactory. I regret having provided a positive review based on my first experience, as the overall reality has not lived up to those expectations.
