Value for our money

I Thomas Antony booked a site at CMM GROUPS at bagalure main road(CMM GOLDEN HEIGHTS PROJECT) in the pre booking scheme about a 6 months before and the support from the entire team at CMM GROUPS has just been marvelous over this duration.


To mention a few, one Mr. Johnson has been of great help since day one, right from the documentations, payments, selection, modification he has been of paramount importance –it’s just because of this gentleman that I actually proceeded with my booking, it’s for people like him I would recommend CMM GROUPS to my friends or family, also with respect to the legal department one Mr. Joseph was really prompt and transparent in responding to queries. At this point his slab of my sites is under way and I am currently talking to one Miss Ashwini and she too has been really supportive in responding to my modification demands and facilitating the same.


Over all my experience so far with CMM GROUPS has been a great one… Cheers Guys. And yeah a special thanks to Mr. Johnson and entire CMM GROUP TEAM.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD... CMM Groups is a big fraud

Never Ever even think of either investing or buying any property through CMM GROUOS. Until you pay money they act so nice... after that you will have to plea in front of them to get your money back because any how they will not develop any layout.. they just collect money from middle class people and developing their property with interest free amount... Will provide more review based on my next visit to CMM to get my money back.

Cmm group is fraud company myselfpaid advance amount of 5.5 lakhs but I received money after make a big circus he doing lot of drama 3 times he bounce check after 2 years of time I received my moneyby part payment but he does have any land in North Bangalore simply collect a money he used it monmonfor his business he show a govt Karen land collect Ed money he taken money from my friends 20 lakhs but one of my friend take a layer to receive money after struggling 4 years 2 more friends still not received the 7 lakhs 5 years over so kindly I am requesting u people don’t go to cmm group it ur harden money if u invest

Be warned

My son paid a token advance of � for a plot near Manyata park, developed by CMM group . As we were not satisfied with the bonafides of the layout we returned the documents to them within the stipulated 10 days, but they never returned the money despite pursuing them for 2 years. They gave us a cheque after dodging us for a year, and that bounced. Be careful dealing with them.

Please dont get fraud by seeing this reviews all posted by thier employees only its going to be no 1 fraud company besides DREAMZ gk, Gruha kalyan And TGS dont ever trust these morons they even dont have atleast 1 acre of land registered in thier name. only showing 1000 of acres but not even 1 gunta also they have registered!    please guys dont get fraud by investing in this gang of cheaters all are fraud please be aware of this morons
