Had visited coffee house, bara bazar in kolkata few days back. It is very near from college square. But a new person cant be able to identify the actual location as the roads are so conjusted. While reaching college square asking someone is good option.
It is a very old resto in kolkata. Famous bengali singer manna deys coffee house er sei adda ta aj r nei song is related to this coffee house.
Visited with 4 college friends there, find the ambience less interested was an old structure having plenty of rush gossiping all in together which turned my headache on.
Then shifted for the balcony wanting a good atmosphere. But ’wtf’ all were smoking togetherly in the balcony and made that place a rubbish smoking chamber.
It was a worst experience. Took the corner table and ordered cold coffee and egg chowmin for each of us.
The quality is worst and tastes dull, thougt never wish to come back again in my life.
Price is also very high but quality of food is just like a roadside chowmin stall.
Dont go there and waste your time its only a smoking chamber.
