Hi everyone I’m No One, Cogent management is the worst management I have ever seen they just don’t care about there employees every month there is a salary issue for 90% employees in this compony. I have met some people who are capable for manager position but they are not getting promoted and some idiots have been promoted as manager who even don’t know what is management I don’t want to mention any names here but the people who are working in cogent ITPL location they will understand whom I am talking about.
Good:
Friendly Environment.
Good Incentive.
Best QA team.
Bad:
Every month salary issue.
Very high pressure.
Bad attitude towards employees.
No salary slips.
Bias.
Friendly Environment:
You will get good friends and the working environment is very good, colleagues are very supportive.
Good Incentive:
If you are working for Axis Bank CC process then you can earn upto 1 Lakh incentive.
Best QA Team:
QA team is very supportive for there employees every day they will give update related to process and give hints how to improve QA score.
Every month salary issue:
You will get your first salary after completion of 60 days and that to not sure whether you will get your full payment or not.
Very high pressure:
They pay hardly 16 to 17 K but they will make you work like hell if there is a system issue from IT side you have to extend your shift and they will not provide you any system downtime,
Bad attitude towards employees:
Ops Manager have very bad attitude towards there employees they think they are the CEO of the company they are always show temper while talking to the employees. They are arrogant and rude. "Reno George Ops manager".
No salary slips:
HR won’t provide any salary slip and if there is deduction in your salary they won’t give you any clarification. They will assure you that there will be an increment in your salary after a year but when you ask for salary increment after 1 year they will again give you fake assurance. "Kruthiga HR Manager".
Bias:
The person who deserve to get promotion after having so much of skill they are working as an agent or QTL but the one who have no skills and new to the process work they have been promoted.
And if any one is planning to join cogent get the written confirmation for each and every thing which they will tell or assure you.
My experience is very bad in this company.
