Hey Friends! I worked in Cogent E Services from 01/08/2017 to 23/02/2018.Initially in my training days all my trainers, HRs were saying that this is the only company which gives promotions within 3 months.Also they said that salary increament occurs after you gain 6 months experience in this company.
But Friends believe me none of the above two stated things actually happened.We were surprised that no form, no information was given to our batch about the IJPs( Internal Job Posting) even after we spend 3 months in Cogent.Instead of that External Hiring was in existence to a great extent.This proves that management is worst in this company.
Yup.one more bad experience I would like to share with all of you friends is about requesting for leaves.I was rejected each and every time whenever I want a leave.Not only I all my fellow colleagues shared the same experience with me.
Management is worse somewhere or worst somewhere, this is the actual reality.Working Environment is worst which I tolerated but cannot be tolerate by anyone who is honest and simple in attitude.You have to become clever to survive in such hectic working conditions.
Also salary is not appropriate according to the work we do.No INCREAMENT OCCURED DURING MY TIME( EVEN AFTER 6 MONTHS) .
Yes! only the best part of this company is that all Managers, TLs, Senior Managers, Trainers, HRs and even HR Head And Company Head share the same food with associates that is they also stand in the queues waiting their chance for getting served for the food which is prepared for lunch.They sit nowhere in different canteens during their lunch time but at the same place as we associates are supposed to sit.
So I recommend not to join Cogent for growth.Opt it only for time pass if you really don’t have a better option than this.
