Cognizant is not a good it company.altough it has a huge number of employes in india it is still behind other IT companies.earlier year many workers have to resign from higher posts of the company as cognizant was running in loss and cant bear their salaries.they try to solve their works recruiting new new pass out engineering students as trainers and giving them huge work pressure.the salary structure is also not soo high.its average for a engineering passout.so I would suggest to go for other IT company other than cognizant.
