Cognjzant technology solutions is one of the biggest information technology company of world. One of my friend is working for cognizant from two years. Cognizant technology solutions is a big name in information technology industry but the story inside the company is different. Working environment is not that good, if you are a fresher so they won’t give you the freedom to choose your project .
If you cleared the project interview then they will tag you to the project ( whether you are interested or not , it doesn’t matter to the organisation ) , tcs provides you the freedom that you can deny for the project if you are not interested . salary is not as good as other big information technology companies , job is secured but growth opportunities are not that much. I want to suggest that if you got the opportunity to work in other organisation so it is far better
