Hello Friends, I would like to share my experience with cognizant. I had applied for the interview for the role of Java Developer few months ago.
I totally disliked the their interview procedure.
they take one internally telephonic interview.
then they told that there will be 2 or 3 rounds in client side. it means your interview has not started yet.
Whats is point in taking internal interview.? for fresher it’s ok but for exp guys also have to wait for this full day.
