Hello friends I want to share my experience about Cognizant Technology Solutions. I was worked in that company from 2013 to 2015. there are so many issues regarding Appraisal and growth. but one thing I will tell you friends they are providing nice allowances and night shift also. but coming to salary is very bad, because am Experienced candidate, but my salary and my fresher salary is the same. so am not recommend to anyone to join this company
