I know that brushing and flossing may be enough but using a mouthrinse or mouthwash is a habit for me . Its been almost a year that I am using Colgate Plax mouth rinse and I am totally satisfied with it . It is not only cheaper than other mouthwash , but it does the job as good as any other mouthwash . It helps to my teeth to fight against cavities , plaque , gingivitis as well as bad breath . Its more of a cool and refreshing feeling I look forward after each gargle . The thing that makes it much better than my earlier mouthwash is its alocohol free and its free of that buring sensation that I used to have with my earlier mouthwash and it tastes also better .
So overall , it is the best mouthwash for me that I have used yet .
