I used colgate total toothpaste from my childhood. and I was having a problem of blood from my teeth also the taste of this toothpaste is worse now don’t know may be I got duplicate product but that was rediculous, then I decided to change my toothpaste and I switched to some other that was of dabur, and after using that my problem of teeth was gone, I don’t recommend this product of colgate as it is worse
