Yaah but make sure you use it daily. I will recommend you to use a sensitive protect toothpaste too because this toothpaste contains bleaching powder which whitens the teeth but also it makes your teeth more sensitive. Hence I think must used this daily twice but also use sensitive toothpaste once in 3 days to protect your teeth.
Brightens teeth, but not as claimed. It will not be shiny white in a week. But yes, after 2 weeks of use, it has changed my teeth from a light yellow shade to a white shade.
