Collabera has hardly few projects in its belt and one of them is PUMA.
It is supposed to be one of the best project and with finest technologies (God knows who decided on that).
The technologies anyways used in PUMA are not on par with the industry(please note this point).
Please do not join this project even if you are in Collabera.
The managers have their own way of doing micro-management. They keep track of how many people stay back after office hours(They expect people to stay even if there is nothing to do).
Since PUMA is a maintenance project there were lots of JIRA issues. I had been assigned with huge number of issues and lots of existing bugs got fixed because of my effort. In-spite of this there was not even a single word of recognition.
There is lots of favoritism going on in PUMA and there are only few people who are recognized and as far as they are concerned the rest of them are doing nothing in the 30 member team.
My sincere advice please do not join this project. There is nothing great to learn expect you learn how to be disappointed inspite of your hardwork. Technologies can be learnt anywhere.
Infact no opportunities will be provided for you to scale up to the next level.
Overall it is the worst place and project to be in.
